The Beach

Walking access to the beach can be found in front of the marquee area. Follow the signs for the beach to enjoy a wonderful walk with fantastic vistas through the pōhutukawa forest. The path through the bush is marked clearly with pink ribbon. The walk down takes 10 minutes and the walk back up 15 minutes it is quite steep, but well worth it. The beach has no public road access and while no beaches in New Zealand can be considered private, this is as good as it gets..
