High Season

16th December until 16th January

Rates are in NZD currency & include tax.

Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge.

10% discount for stays 7 nights or more.

20% discount on 30 nights or more.

Minimum of 5-7 nights stay from 16th Dec until 16th January.

Nightly rate is for up to 16 guest occupancy in the main house. We can accommodate up to 20 guests, by adding the stables, additional charge $500 per stable per night.

All booking rates specified above have exclusive use of the property (i.e. if you book The Main House, the Stables will not be offered to another group)

All bookings have access to all the features of the property: the media room, the indoor swimming pool, spa pool, all outdoor areas and beach track.

EVENTS & WEDDINGS

Hillbrook Estate accommodates a maximum of 20 guests. If you wish to host an event for up to 30 guests you are welcome to do so. Small extra charge applies. Please inquire.
