Stunning backdrops, luxury accommodation, breathtaking views. Hillbrook is ideally suited for weddings. The farm offers a blank canvas for the Bride to create a unique event of her dreams.

Wedding Packages

Large Weddings of 30 guests and over package inclusions:

Low Season (1st April – 30th October) $25,000 // High Season (1st November – 31st March) $33,000  

3 nights luxury accommodation for up to 20 guests in the Main House & Stables.

Hillbrook Estate managers will assist you on wedding management on day coordination. They will guide you through the planning process and ensure your chosen vendors are well organised. Our managers are on site for the event set up, rehearsal and pack down of the event for you. Full planning service and styling can be booked additionally, but is not a requirement.  

A generator, luxury portable toilet, cable leads, cable covers, distribution box, fuel, electrical leads, walk-in chiller trailer, floodlights, recycle bins, pumping of loos, rubbish and bottle removal after the event, delivery & setup of all items are provided. 

Lawn games KUBB and Corn hole and Molkky.

BYO alcohol permitted, no corkage fee charged. 

Package excludes: Marquee, tables, chairs, food & beverage. Please visit our recommended vendors page.

Additional nights (If you wish to book extra nights before or after wedding packages our rates are discounted.

*Large Weddings of more than 100 guests are welcome. An extra toilet must be hired.

Small Weddings of up to 30 guests and under, inclusions:

3 nights accommodation for up to 20 guests. Entire property.

Up to 30 guests on site for the wedding day. (Excludes Vendors)

Early check in 1pm / Late check out 1pm

Transport for bride & groom & photographer to our private beach for photos (Max 9 guests).

Recycle bins and rubbish and bottle removal after the event

BYO alcohol permitted, no corkage fee charged.

Lawn games. Kubb and Corn hole and Molkky.

Plates, glassware (water, wine champagne) & cutlery for 30 guests.

Vendor management and “On Day Coordination” from our Hillbrook Staff.

Small events for 20-30 guests can be held inside the estate and do not require a marquee. We provide cutlery, plates and glassware for up to 30 guests.

Property viewings can be made anytime that suits you, subject to our availability. The fee is $100. Please email or call anytime to book. *Non refundable.
